What we can help with

• What is in a case: the count, the unit size, whether the formula has fluoride, whether the tube is sealed.
• Which format suits a kit, a guest bathroom, a practice or a travel bag.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong count or a wrong figure is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the one people order from.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment, hold stock or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a replacement have to go to the same place.

What we will not answer

Nothing here is dental or medical advice. A question about your own teeth, your child's fluoride or a denture that has stopped fitting belongs with a dentist or a doctor.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a small team that promised one would not answer it.
